Enjoy a romantic private horse-drawn carriage tour through the historic district with a drop-off at either Joe's 2nd Street Bistro, Espana, or 29 South ($60 restaurant gift card included). Your stay at the Addison includes a full, served breakfast each morning and our Happy Hour with complimentary beer, wine, and light snacks served in the afternoon.

A Little Something Extra
A bouquet of fresh flowers and a chilled bottle of Domaine Carneros sparkling California wine will be waiting for you to start your stay at the Addison. Later, you can snuggle up with your sweetie in a horse-drawn carriage while enjoying a private 45-minute guided tour of the Historic District. This package also includes two of our Addison stoneware coffee mugs with matching creamer as a take-home memento of your visit to the Addison. Your stay at the Addison includes a delicious breakfast each morning and our Happy Hour with complimentary beer, wine, and light snacks served in the afternoon.

Amelia Island Outdoor Adventure
Amelia Island is a nature lover’s paradise and perfect outdoor playground. There are four major State Parks, a National Park, miles of pristine beaches, and hiking trails. Your Outdoor Adventure package at the Addison includes a private 2-hour Eco-tour with Captain Carol of On The Water Adventures in her 32' Tanga speedboat. Experience the wild horses of Cumberland Island grazing on marsh grasses, and closely observe dolphins, alligators, egrets, herons, and other local fauna in their natural element.
You will also enjoy a 3-hour guided tour with Kayak Amelia. This is a great, up-close look at the birds and critters of the inland rivers and salt marshes of the Talbot Islands.
The Addison’s bicycles will be available for exploring the local neighborhoods, Fort Clinch Park, and the local by-ways. Our beach chairs and beach towels are also ready for you when you just want to relax on the beach.
This package adds $310 to the room cost. A three-night minimum is requested to allow time for all of the activities.
“Surf and Turf” Package
Enjoy an inspiring 2-hour Amelia River Cruise experience that takes you along salt marshes, wilderness beaches, and historic river banks. Dolphins, sea turtles, manatees, egrets, herons, spoonbills, and osprey meld with shrimp boats, luxury yachts, and even a Civil War era fort along the way - all professionally narrated by local history and nature experts.
Then hop aboard a segway with EcoMotion Tours and watch nature unfold as the trail transitions from an open, sandy coastal garden of stunted trees, cactus, beach morning glories, and wild Sea Oats, out to a shaded maritime forest. Pilot your segway on a guided, narrated tour through Fort Clinch State Park where rolling terrain crosses over ancient sand dune ridges. Enormous tree limbs stretch overhead and palm fronds reach out from the sides.
The Surf and Turf Package includes:
• Two adult tickets for the 2-hour 10:30 Amelia River Cruise and
• Two adult tours through Fort Clinch State Park with EcoMotion Tours.
This Package adds $220 to your room rate. A three-night stay is requested so that both events can be scheduled. Both tours are based on availability.
