We have all been spending some quality time in the kitchen this afternoon. I was cooking up a pot of chili for our dinner and Shannon was working on some crepe recipes all with some great blues music playing. Lee was in the kitchen earlier
prepping our Happy Hour appetizer… A Bacon and Blue Cheese dip that we will serve over a warm baguette. There is always something happening in that kitchen!
Speaking of chili…. The 7th Annual Chili Cook Off is scheduled for February 23rd. There are rumors that the event has expanded into a 3-day Chili Festival with more music, more food and more fun. I’ll keep you posted.
