Peters Point Beachfront Park: Another access point with a central location, Peters Point offers plenty of parking and bathrooms with indoor and outdoor showers, making washing off the sand a breeze. If you happen to know a Nassau County resident with a 4-wheel drive, you can also park directly on the sand for even easier access!
American Beach: This historically significant beach served as a refuge for African American vacationers who were denied from visiting other beaches and public pools during the Jim Crow segregation.
