Fort Clinch State Park, one of Amelia Island’s premier parks, features a fantastic multi-use trail for bikers and hikers alike. While this trail is more along the lines of a mountain biking trail, you’ll find it on the northern end of the island.

4. The Amelia River to Sea Trail


Our island has always been especially biker-friendly, but there’s even more to come! The Amelia River to Sea Trail (also known as the “Simmons Road Trail”) is sure to be a local favorite. This addition will add Amelia Island to a list of only 15 other Florida communities considered a Bicycle Friendly Community through the League of American Bicyclists.
