Each January, the Addison on Amelia Island hosts a 3-day-long cheesemaking class. This package includes cheesemaking instruction, breakfast each morning at the inn, lunch on Saturday and Sunday, and an evening social hour on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
A wine and cheese tasting Saturday evening before dining at Burlingame Restaurant, a pizza-making class, and a craft brew tasting at First Love Brewing Monday before departure is also included in this experience.
